Barrow Island Community Primary School

This week has been another busy one in Pre School. There has been lots of counting after looking at Freddie Four from Ten Town. The children are all amazing at finding an amount. We copied a beat with U-Hoo and his drums from Monster Phonics, I think there could be some future drum players in our class! We practiced our pencil control by using whiteboard pens and drawing patterns onto the tables, shhh, don't tell Miss Evans. As well as that, we drew patterns into shaving foam using our fingers. Our Yoga group is getting bigger, their listening skills are becoming so much better. Some of us washed our big doll's hair, dried and then brushed it, before the next person started, maybe some future hairdressers! Small groups listened to stories and answered questions about what they had listened to. We made the most of being outdoors, before the rain set in, and had lots of fun
